Personal data are stored for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected:

  • data related to the contract for legal services — for the duration of the contract and for 10 years after its termination (archiving requirements and limitation of claims),
  • data required by law (e.g. tax documentation) — for the period required by law, but not less than 5 years.
